savage hazard switch wiring

i have the savage hazard switch installed and thought i had it all working correctly but somehow i have made a mistake and am now struggling to find it!
this is how i have wired it and i took it from the wscc post on their web

first set of contacts
1;feed to flasher relay
2;permanent live feed
3 ign live feed

second set of contacts
1;feed back from flasher relay
2; left and right indicators (with diodes to stop feedback)
3'not used

on my indicator stalk i have a feed in,a left and a right indicator.

the hazard switch works pefectly and flashes, and the tell tale lights on dash also flash togeter. but when hazards are turned off and i turn on indicators the dash lights both stay on permanent and the flasher relay is not flashing! i have no indicators fitted as of yet as im wanting to do all the dash wiring this week. so even if i put my left indicator on. the left and right dash lights are on permanent and no flash. i think the problem is something to do with the indicator circuit.
