My concern would be that it would spend its life changing from one warning to another (small bike battery), which would drive me mad. I guess I could
include a switch (i.e. press to test).

I fitted something almost identical in my sisters camper van... Put in a "Press to test" button. Works quite well to show the charge level
in the leisure battery.

Build your own
As it stands the circuit turns on the red LED below 10.5v
The orange LED illuminates between 10.5v and 11.6v.
The green LED illuminates above 11.6v
But play with the zenor diodes and you can adjust the range.
