With reference to the PATS transceiver module for a Mark III Mondeo the following following may be of help:

Pin 1 Blue Supply
Pin 2 Brown Ground
Pin 3 Gray/Orange Sensor signal (Y-direction, reverse, downward)
Pin 4 White/Green Sensor signal (X-direction, forward, upward)

The connector number is C479 with Pin 1 being closest to the connector's clip.

For a 1999 Focus with a Zetec engine from the Ford TIS disk the following info is provided:

Pin 1 Green/Brown Supply
Pin 2 Black/Green Ground
Pin 3 Gray/Orange Sensor signal (Y-direction, reverse, downward)
Pin 4 White/Green Sensor signal (X-direction, forward, upward)

The connector number is C390 and again Pin 1 being closest to the clip.

The GCM on a Mondeo piggy backs on the back of the ECU (PCM). It has 5 multi pin connectors and is about half the size of the PCM but with a plastic case. The PATS LED is in the clock module of a Mondeo and not the instrument cluster. It is supplied directly from the PCM. It is considered that a suitable LED and could be wired separately.

Good luck with the conversion, I have also sent you a reply to your message.

Robbie
