Anyone know the amp rating when wiring in indicators and relay as after installing self latch.buttons to steering wheel or an.on.off on switch to the dash to run the lights so anyone any advice? ?

Not directly, but a normal flasher bulb is 21watt, so a shade under 2A and LED's about zero.
Any wairethat will carry current for akk 4 bulbs about 8-10A, if 2 then 4-5A. You could probably go a little thinner as the current is intermittent, but not really any advantages.
