Engine loom problems - please help.

Hi everyone,

I know this isnt a ford forum but thought it was worth asking the question on here incase anyone knew too.

Im converting to zetec turbo using the ofab ecu management as a cheap basic set-up. will be upgraded at a later date dont worry.
My problem is that the edis-4 controller on fiesta rs turbos which the ecu is out of runs a trigger 36-1 off the crank bottom pulley, obviously the zetec doesnt have this. but it has a flywheel sensor, is it just the simple case of connecting what would of bin the pulley sensor wires into the flywheel position sensor?

Hopefully this makes sense to everyone. any help or useful advice would be brilliant.

Thank you

edis 4 works fine on the mondeo 36-1 flywheel crank triggger. The ignition side of things it would start on this alone.

Zetec sensor off the flywheel is a 36-1 crank position sensor.
Connecting this to the EDIS will give you a get U home 10 degrees advance.
PIP & SAW out from the EDIS to ecu will sort spark that you can map
Megajolt good for spark only
