Which battery optimiser??
The current (!) one has given up the ghost.
Opening it up there's about 50p worth of electronics inside it but probably parts are unobtainable.
Before I lash out on a new one can anyone recommend how to DIY and/or which one to buy if that's not possible.
It needs to do car and m/cycle batteries, 12 and 6V.

Lidl and Aldi both do a battery charger similar to Optimate but perhaps without all the features and the hefty price tag. I have used the Lidl one,
branded 'Ultimate Speed' on motorcycle, standard car and Red top batteries with no problems.
