Just a quickie

Are you allowed to use one dash warning light for your handbrake and your brake fluid level?

A bit of slapstick never hurt anyone.

another quickie

Cheers Conrod. Much appreciated

Do you also have to have a warning light for your side lights/dip beam?

Side and dip illuminate your panel lights so you know something's on. That's good enough.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

You will need to fit a test option to the fluid level light if you don't use it as the handbrake light. I think they need you to be able to prove that there is a means to check the bulb is working whenever you drive the car.
