Wiring Help - Relay Buzz

Having just re-wired all my lights - they were working fine yesterday - with no relay buzz.

The only things I've changed today is wired up the hand brake and the brake fluid reservoir warning lamp on the bright 6.
Also the denzo alternator wiring lamp to the bright 6 (which doesn't work properly - see this thread here) Now I've got a buzz on the full beam relay when I flash the headlights.

I don't think what I've added to the loom today are connected to the fault.

If I flash the headlights - I get a relay buzz
If I flash the headlights with the side lights on, there is no buzz
If I put the headlights on full beam, there is no buzz.
If I flash the headlights on main beam, there is a buzz

Now, I've googled this one and it's buzzing because the latch doesn't have enough voltage to keep open.

So, what's causing the problem ? I've checked the earth and they are fine - nice and tight.

What I have also noticed is when you flash the headlights, the indicator warning lamps on the bright 6 flicker on.

it's a sierra column and I'm using diagram 17 from here

Any ideas where I should start to look ?
