Speedo Sensor for Racetech Gauges

I'm about to order some racetech gauges from burton power
Looking at teh best method of getting the speedo drive.

They sell this

but I don't want to pay £38 for their speedo sensor.

hence would this work?
FORD KA 1.3 (DURATEC) TRANSDUCER SPEEDO SENSOR, FITS ALL MODELS 2002-2008

any other alternatives?

Also for oil pressure what alternatives are there for cheaper pressure senders.

has anyone negotiated any discount for burton for a set of gauges?
Thanks

Mike

I made my own using a hall effect switch, a small magnet and a chopper wheel, thr whole caboodle fits to the ford four speed instead of the speedo cable. There is some simple electronics to feed pulses to the speedo..

It was much cheaper plus i dont have enough space for the sensor.
