Just fitted my replacement front indicators, and couldn’t decide where to mount my side repeaters.
Mounting them in the back of the headlamps means I can use them as tell tales too!

Have you tested them at night?
They look awfully bright for me, but that may be your lighting conditions when the video was taken.
Some planes use a small piece of clear plastic rod cut at an angle as tell tales for nav lights. Only a very small amount of light exits the rod at an
angle reflected by the cut part usually at 45°.
Beware of what you wish.. for it may come true....

In what way are they going to be no good for driving?
As asked above, too bright??
I despise even the High Beam Tell Tale on modern cars...
Makes driving with high beams extremely uncomfortable to me, Sometimes I use Magic tape to diffuse light so it becomes less of a nuissance.
Regards.

They are only indicators though, and they dont look that bright to me.
Not like they are lit permanently!
The car will probably hardly be used in the dark, and the indicators are used 99% of the time at junctions and roundabouts at low speeds.
It's like people moaning about LED lights on cars dazzling them when coming towards them,I cant see the issue, dont look at them!
You should be looking and concentrating on where you are going, not on other peoples lights!
