Alternator Plug

Hi all,

I've been searching for this alternator plug.
Does anyone have any ideas where I could find one?

I think its off one of these, although they say the Ford Tractors also used this alternator.

Its been bugging me for years now.

Reason I ask now is that im thinking of re-wiring the car and would like to do a good job of it, and have as few spade type connectors as possible.

Thanks

Dave

I think it is a dual purpose plug, so you can connect either a type 1 connector as found on the kubota type small alternator, or a weatherproof one that seals to the outside of the socket.

I don't know where you might get the weatherproof version, but here's a type 1.

I never thought that it could be multi purpose.

I'm really after the weather proof version.

If you could have a look that would be brilliant.

Thanks

I am sure Starterman here will help you identify it and probably help you sort it.

Do you mean the Type 1 connector?

It looks as if it might fit but i was expecting something more rectangular with a clip in the top.
