In the process of wiring up alternator circuit and seem to have more connections than I know what to do with! Does anyone know what connects to
where?
Cheers!

Sorry I cant help you, but I need to post some Miss Newark pictures for all our pleasures. How did you attach your alternator pictures?

Are you sure it's 12 volts?

Mark18:
Nope, I'm sure I read on here somewhere that a 2CV alternator would do the job though. Does anyone else know?
Mansfield:
I uploaded the pictures onto my webspace and then link to them from the post. If you don't have any webspace you can upload them directly to the
locostbuilders photo archive, but I wouldn't know exactly how...

I'm using a 2 CV alternator, and it looks slightly different to yours. I'm just about to come out of a spell of inactivity, and completely
re-wire the car so I'm not much use to you. The following link might help, failing that, I'll let you know what I did in a couple of
weeks!!

Donut had this set up in his Indy with a Pinto, we struggled at first, then gave up and took it to an auto electrician, you know the type, the old
bloke in a small garage who's forgotten more that the rest of us will ever know !! took him 10 secs to sort it but Donut has sold his car now
and we never wrote it down, sorry, prob best to do as we did

2CV owners club has gotta be the place.
Alternatively, IIRC at a show Bob and I took down the connection details from some of the 2CV three wheeler boys. So a u2u to him might be worth while
as I didn't keep them.
HTH,
James
