Headlight aiming

Probably a stupid question, but how do you aim the headlights with a standard locost type set up?

I'd guess you would swivel and tilt the whole unit?........

Or...?

That's how mine work, big nut at the bottom and sort of a ball joint.

Cheers Mike......that's what I figured, but it was worth asking.

Thanks,

Alan,

Be careful with the small tang which is secured towards the lower end of the bezel that fit's into the slot in the ball... it is there to stop the bezel from spinning. It bends easily and if it does can chop the wires when it does spin. Just thought I'd mention it!

Perhaps more to your layout than a locost, but Fury headlights have adjuster screws in the mount that will alter the left/right / dip of the unit. Therefore the bonding of the unit to the body does not fix the aim...
