Main Beam Flash
Simple question:
Do you need to be able to flash main beam lights? Theres nothing in the SVA manual about it AFAIK, just wondering if its a requirement elsewhere
(MOT?)
If there is no requirement then why is the feature fitted to all production cars?
Cheers,
David

I Think it is called a pass signal
The High way code state that you can flash you headlamps as a warning to on coming trafic.
Guess that this will be required.
Scot's do it better in Kilts.

Yes, I have spent an hour or so wiring in a relay for my start button.
Thanks for the replies guys. Thats another redundant wire that can come out of my loom then.
