I am sorry but I do-not understand what you mean by that, please explain further.

Presumably how often the speed gets resampled to refresh the display?

There is a delay of about 1 second when slowing to a stop. However it appears to function fine on acceleration?

I have the 3150 with the fuel gauge. As yet i dont use the fuel gauge as i dont know which sender works with it.

The wire that runs the Rev counter is wrapped the HT lead and is very inaccurate. the other option is to use the ECU if you have one fitted. This maybe more accurate.

Good unit for the cost and looks nice when illuminated. imho.

Cheers Nige.
