Zetec temp sender thread.
AS above. Does anyone know what it is? iv done a search but cant find it. I need to replace standard with smiths.

Probably a 1/4 npt if the oil pressure light sender is anything to go by.

Temp senders are normally 1/8npt on ford engines.

Which one? There's 2 senders in the thermostat housing, and the sizes differ between blacktop and silvertop.
But yes - silvertop lower mounting is 1/8nptf.
