TINTOP question Vauxhall engine safe mode
Hi all,
my missus has just phoned, her vauxhall corsa 1.8 sri won't start and she says the it is saying safe mode. any ideas? i'm thinking
imobiliser, and big bill?

i bet it started then she stalled it
if so, foot hard down and keep turning, it should go after a while

possibly i'm on my way to look mow but it's not turning over by the sounds of it (yes i'll take booster cables! )
annoying thing is it was serviced 100 miles ago!

how much life is in the battery? may well go into 'safe' mode if battery is not charged enough.

My vauxhall says 'safe' when the battery has been disconnected but thats just the radio code needed. Its a 97 Tigra.

They dont say when the engines in safe mode just the radio then itl display in the radio dash display.. Bet the batteries flat. They go into limp
home and the engine managment light will be on.
