Fuel Pump Question

Not sure if this is the right place but here goes,

I will be fueling my 1.8 zetec up with ZZR1100 carbs and wonder what the best option for the fuel pump is.

Should I use the pump from the bike or an after market item? And, should it be up next the carbs or down next to the tank, pushing or pulling like?

What sort of setup is everyone using for carbs??

Cheers

Steve

bike pump, pushing from the back, with a pre and post filter.

Seconded....think it has to be within 12 or 18 inches of the tank outlet in order to work. Put in a filter before it, and one just before the carbs as well. Don't be tempted to use an after market one as they provide too much pressure and knacker the float valves! Also SU pumps are suitable as well...Oli.
