Amplifier - what model?
I need an amplifier for my car and the local factor has suggested 3 different possibilities - can anyone help with a definitive answer?
2litre pinto, electronic ingnition and twin 40 webbers.
Part number or model would be very helpful.
Thanks
Gary

I presume you don't have one at all then?? To take a referance or part number from??
Perhaps you could trace the dizzy part number to get a model & year it was originally from.

2 wire plug as part of dizzy body is hall effect - plug on end of lead with 3 connections is inductive. Odds on its the inductive.
The amp for inductive has the plug at 90deg to heatsink. Hall effect has plug on the end. Try a search and you will find some pics, wiring diags etc.
My for sale ad has pic of inductive dizzy and amp.

Look at the 5th post down.
Amplifier 'A' is the one you want. It's Motorcraft badged IIRC.
