Electrical problems
Anyone know what the black/yellow circuit off the back of the ign switch is for?
Its connected to the earth side of the light relay controls and is giving 12 volts so the lights dont work because the relays dont switch.
The pass circuit works when I pull the switch but stays on!
It works ok and goes off with the ign in the off position but stays on if the ign is on.
Can I do away with the black/yellow circuit and just run the relays to earth?

Sorry guys, I think I've sussed it. Because I'm not using the Sierra lamp switch the normal one is putting 12 volts into the side of the
circuit that the Sierra switch earths.
Does that make sense? The Sierra switch wire that runs from the switch to the dim dip is live and when you make the switch it simply earths and lets
the current flow. I've been feeding the switch a live so its not earthing.
Dunno if that makes sense but I'll try wiring the Sierra switch back in to see what happens tomorrow.
Cheers,
