Lumenition optronic ignition

I have just fitted elec. ignition to crossflow went for first run everything working ok, went out 2nd time and taco dropped right down eventually reading nothing, anybody got any ideas why this has happened.

seems the wire from coil to tacho has dropped off or is not making proper contact.

I'm sure you know since it is written in the instructions - but you need to have non-electronic coil.

you have buzzed the wires through with cdvm or see thay are still in place?

so assuming you are correct and wires are making electrical contact (check the earth and 12 V to it too) , and engine is running, it looks like tacho has gone to kit car heaven.
