Best place to buy a Fuel Level Sender?
Hi,
Here is the best place to buy a fuel level sender unit? Top mounted?
Its for my Smiths Telemetrix fuel gauges.
Ian.

I just got one from Merlin. It's a Racetech one.
All the other usual suppliers let me place an order only for them to be out of stock with no estimated delivery date.
Merilin sent it next day.

You could try ETB, I know they do one for their gauges and offer superb customer service. You'd need to check compatibility with the Smiths
gauge though!

Gotta agree about ETB- fantastic customer service.
Phoned them 10mins ago to ask about dip-fuel senders. Instead of selling me one he told me how to get my float arm type to work properly and then said
he send me a free bulb for the gauge that's had one blow- and I'd only asked him if Halfords was the place to buy the bulbs!
Just pre-SVA I phoned up ETB told them wheel, diff' and g'box ratios and they worked out and told me the number to plug into my speedo for
calibration!
Doesn't get much better than that.
Cheers,
James
