Suzuki GSXR 1000 Wiring HELP / advice needed

We tried to fire the engine up today in my mates buggy, no joy, after a bit of looking we remembered we needed to by pass the stand switch / switch that kills the engine in the event of the bike falling, we just linked these out using a wire but no joy, do we need to do this with resistors. I've searched the net this evening and i cant find much on it. Also I was speaking with Jack Frost today (Holeshot racing) he told us about a modification that needs to be made to get the engine to allow it to rev fully in 1st / 2nd gear, as its programmed on the bike to make it safer and not rev fully in these 2 gears, its like a box to make the engine / loom think its in a higher gear. Help please.

Cheers guys

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

hi what model is the gsxr ?
ive put a k4 in my kit and she fired straight up
it could be 2 reasons there is a clutch wire it has to be pulled to put a earth to start realay its a black with yellow tracer just needs earthing out
your side stand wires are just to be joined together
then the difficult one are u using the original bike ignition switch.
there is a 100ohm resistor in it this goes down a wire to ecu could be a live orange yellow or if its a older gsxr could be a earth resisted black white .
hope this is a help
Rob

some people dream of sucsess, others just get on and do it !!
