Wiper motor and assembly

What should I be looking for? There are a lot of them on Fleabay, and want to know which ones will actually be suitable. Just looking at it, I get a bit confused by how it may go together!

Windshield etc needed where I live. No way around it; it's stated in the regs as the first item.
