BEC Coil consumption?
Anyone have any idea what the peak and average current consumption of a pair of coils in wasted spark configuration will draw?

Got a clamp meter? Every installation will be different i would imagine. Dependant on Cable lengths, Cable Cross Sectional Area, Material,
Efficiency, Temperature etc etc. Plus any additional factors in the system. ?

Plug top coils or not?
I would expect the draw to be somewhere between 5-8amps peak. Most coils usually run off a 10amp fuse with no problems.
