side lights

can i wire the side lights all on 1 fuse or do they have to be wire and fused left and right or maybe front and back.

as far as i know, you're allowed to put the on 1 fuse (same with dipped and full beam) but makes sense to wire them left and right seperately. if you blow a fuse you don't want to lose the lot

Hmm...Good point. You wouldn't want to overburden that engine!

Yes, you can use one fuse but seperate left and right circuits is more usual.

I see your point, but if you consider the complexity of the wiring diagram and the weight gained from fuses, wiring etc... -0.0001 Hp losses

Side lights, single fuse. Dipped and main beam seperate fuses left and right, giving 5 required.
Edit : Not the law, but makes a lot of sense.

I have sides on one fuse and H/L on one fuse (hadn't thought about losing them so may rewire yet)





How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?
