Testing a Megajolt....

A good while ago I bought an assembled megajolt on ebay for a ridiculously low price (someone couldn't spell and I stumbled across it by accident....) to my untrained eye the soldering looks ok - not excellent but there don't look to be any dry joints etc etc BUT you never know do you! SO does anyone nearish to Wigan have the means to test it for me? couple of beers in it for you if you can obviously

I'll be honest and say could I? read the page linked to and I can test the connections etc but in terms of it actually working you can test it by connecting it to your laptop via the serial port...... I do have such a laptop BUT it needs a little attention....... I just want to know if it works or not really before I spend any money....

I have a laptop that will talk to Megajolt and have all versions to cover all the Version 3 Megajolt Lite JR.

I have just got a elderly version of Megajolt myself and have done firmware upgrades etc to it.

Not got it on any car so just at the stage of power supply Megajolt and laptop.

If that's all you want I am in Blackburn/Darwen Area

Why do I have to make the tools to finish the job? More time then money.
