i was in the same position, i bought a pre-fabricated loom which i'm still working on but definitely makes it so much easier. Everything is
labelled and i got instructions of what every individual cable is for...
Have you already started the loom? it shouldn't be beyond you....

its a 1.8cvh engine with megajolt.
i have a loom purchased from robin hood but instructions are minimal and i have no idea with electrics
only 3 relays supplied with loom (main, dip and flasher) so others need to be added for fan, fuel pump and whatever else needs a relay.

Do you know if its a vicky green loom, if you do a search on here for my username and vicky green you should find the modified loom diagram with the
modifications on.
If it is I know what you mean but if you lay it all out it kind of made sense to me looking at a birds nest view.
Shame you weren't closer or I'd come over.
Cheers

think it is a premier loom but dont know for sure.
the loom is in the car at the moment with most of wires leading to where to need to be.
its just fitting the extra relays and checking what has been done. just not confident enough to do myself.
getting to stage where i hate site of wires. i need to move on

i got the vivky green loom from robin hood second hand and when i first took a look at it, it was horrible. loads of bits missing, i am now on the
third re-wire and im still finding crap in their loom i don't need so i have decided to strip the lot and do it the right way!
I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!

If you are not sure if it's a Premier loom or a Vicky Green loom it sounds as if you don't have the instructions that come with each. In
which case you are looking at a really diffcult job.
Is there anything you can do to find out what it is and to get the instrcutions? Otherwise don't know what to suggest other than getting someone
else to do it for you, and if the loom is completely unknown then it might be quicker for them to start from scratch with a noe loom anyway.

That's correct. The very latest Sierra-based types have 5, the extra one is to ensure the rear fog light works correctly (only comes on if
switched on and either full or dip beam), but I expect the op will have an older version if it's a Premier loom
