Hi Steve why a 380 ohm? As it is not a prefered value. Try a 370 ohm which is a prefered value and if you do definatley need 380 ohm use a 370+10 ohm resistors in series.
These are available from Maplins, RS Components ect, they will probably want to supply them in packs which are quite cheap or buy a pack of mixed value resistors. You will also need to know what current rating you need.

I can do you 360s and 10s, depending on what you want 360 is probably close enough......
