Coloured bulb covers
Does anyone know of anywhere where these can be bought. I have scoured the net but can only find LED versions. I want to keep the original dash
bulbs, just place a cover over them for a more retro look.
This is the kind of thing I am looking at.

Holy moly!
You were right on both counts. The cheaper plastic bulbs would do but as I already have the lights in the dash, all I want to do is place coloured
bulb lenses into the metal faceplate so that they will show the illumination from the original bulbs below (less wiring faff!)

there is nothing ideal there but there are plenty of items that I can fettle to do the job.
