where can i buy a 3 ohm 11 watt resistor for my battery master switch? cant find any on vehicle wiring products!

Either of these should be close enough.
2.4 OHM 50 WATT 1/2% WIREWOUND ALCLAD RESISTOR | eBay UK
or
3.3 ohom 10 watt Ceramic Wirewound Resistor 3.3 Ohm 10 Watt 5% | eBay UK
