Indicator switch with rubbish action
I have a sierra mrk 2 steering column with the relevant indicator switches etc which I was intending to use. However on inspection the action is
terrible. It just feels rubbish and sometimes it doesn't cancel properly and it feels it might snap any minute. They go on ebay for £5 - £25.
Is there any better third party solutions or has anyone come up with anything better?

The self cancel is usually down to the fitting in the steering column not the switch. Some Escort and Fiesta switches with the stubby levers would
probably do the job.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I had same problem, you can take it apart clean it lubricate with contact grease and put back together, bit fiddley but if I can you can.

I plan on using GM stalks, much nicer and more modern looking and feeling. Im not using the sierra colum tho, so dont have to worry about self
canceling.
