Is it possible to run two rev clocks ..
Hi i would like to know if i could run two rpm gauges as the one in my dash is out of view when driving i want to mount a small one up on my dash ..
is this possible or can it not be done ?
Might be a stupid question but thought id ask before getting one ..

I've done it using a few transistors, just to isolate each signal.

The rpm signal is quite robust, I'd imagine even just sticking a few diodes in would do the job.

what ignition are you using?
i've got a megajolt, with edis 4, and if i remember right, both the edis and megajolt both have rev counter outputs
you've got throttle bodies i see, but no mention of what ignition system. if a megasquirt, have a look through the wiring maybe you have 2
seperate outputs too?
I've got more of a shift light type thing. the megajolt has 4 user outputs and 1 shift light output, so i've got 5 LEDs, each of the 4
user outputs to come on an a different RPM, and the shift light set to an RPM too

Iv got a rev gauge and a digital dash, but im on carbs not throttle bodies if it makes a difference.

Yes i have Throttle bodies run on a Megasquirt 2 v3 ecu if that makes any diffrence .. so it seem's it can be done ?
