Daft Questions - oil/water sender + column switch electrics +

Daft Question -

Can I use a single oil pressure and water temp sender (assuming I can calibrate then in the software for the dash/ecu) to feed both the ECU (omex 710) and the digidash (ETD Lite 2) or do they need separate senders ? and if so how do I wire them?

2nd Question -

Does anyone have a pin out plot or wiring diagram for mk2 escort indicator and wiper/lights column stalks they could post?

Thanks in advance

Ford engines often have two or more temp sensors fitted so i would assume that its not a good idea to use it for several things.
