Large Savage starter switch wiring question
I'm looking at getting one of the large pushbutton savage starter switches but have a question first.
The pics of it I've seen show 6 connectors at the back.
I'm guessing that this has a relay built in.
Does anyone know if it can be used as a simple push to make as my start circuit needs to join 2 low current wires to start the engine.

Hi, thats how ours is wired, I don't believe it is a relay but a double switch instead where it can be used to switch two seperate circuits at
one time keeping them both seperate. If you look carefully on the side IIRC there is a diagram labeling the pins 123 123 one set for each side.
Again IIRC you just need to use one side ie 1 set of 123 and connect your two wires to 1 and 2. If that doesn't work its the other way around
ie 1 and 3.
