recon denso alternator

anyone know of a supplier of nippon denso alternators for the charade/swift that dont cost the earth?

mine has now been bench tested and is officially dead needing a new recifier and regulator.

Search for Charade alternators on Fleabay.
I got a brand new one for the princely sum of £14.50.
Sorry, but I didn't keep the seller's details.
They seemed to be a regular source of supply.

also make sure wy it broke down.

make sure you know wy it broke down.

Problem is that dynamo“s need as we all know current to work.

if your rpm is to high or to low i needs (for your usage) to put allot of current tru the windings of it.


Guess that could be a good reason wy it broke down.

(wrong rpm range)
