Hi MikeR - Build progresses in fits and starts, mainly due to a myriad of interruptions e.g. weather, irritating small f*!*-ups, minding the

Such a shame when firms won't publish VAT inclusive prices. I will never understand why they do this, probably it's in some misguided
belief that it will make their prices seem cheaper. Well I suppose that's true, until you get to the checkout page and see that in fact you are
going to pay quite a bit more than the price they told you first
