Looking ahead....Honda K20A3....what to expect?

My midi project has a 05' Civic Si engine. I have the engine harness all intact and fitted and the ECM. I have two plugs from the engine harness (A and B I think) which fit the ECM nicely, but unfortunately there is a 3rd spot on the ECM (E I believe) for which I do not have anything to plug in.
Question how will I deal with this?
Are there vital things needed thro' this E plug?
Should I even attempt to figure out? I have the manual but it looks quite daunting.
Any ideas where to start? I'm sure lots of stuff I won't need of course.

Cheers, Alan

Is the 3rd plug how the ecu gets its info from the rest of the car? Like, are all the doors shut? Immobiliser etc. External air temperature? Is the ignition on?

Hope it doesn'tprove to be a problem

John

Thx Mr H....that's what I'd figured...I guess I'll have go through each circuit one by one either disabling or faking them until it starts and runs....luckily I do have the pinouts so it's not entirely trail and error....just mostly...LOL
