Observation - There's not that many bike engines being mentioned here now is there?
Fav that I've driven - 360 Modena
Fav not driven - Haven't got A favourite. There are lots that have been mentioned in the thread that I could sit and listen to all day. I
think that as long as it involves sparks and petrol, I'm happy!

OK, I've not driven a V16 BRM, but I have sat in one, ie been in it . And been very close to it at 'full chat'
Best sounding one I have really driven was a scooby impreza, really nice 'burble' to them

So many favourites its hard to decide.
One im not keen on though is sound of a diesel engines turbo failing and a piston lunching itself.

A good stright six or a v12 everything else sounds rough.
V6 and 3 and 5 cylinder engines are an offense to engineering and whoever came up with the perverted idea of a V5 wants locking up.
