Out of interest, did you change the plugs as I never saw a response to that?

Let us know how it goes Lee. If your bored, you can come and try and get my lights rear working! All working fine until I put the switches into the
new damn dash
ETA scratch that fixed it

I did change the plugs also and still no spark or fuel pump working through the loom...

Well, got the replacement ECU and................no change! (no fuel pump or spark, the starter turns but that is on a seperate button).
What the hell to do next, as starting to get a little bit annoyed now! 
Have tried looking for a tilt switch and not seen one, besides don't believe a 99/00 R1 has one if I am correct.
CYCLELOCK could be a cuplrit if a wire has come loose somehow, but how do I go about re-wiring it, and how do I tell if mine has a CYCLELOCK fitted,
as there are a few black wires giving +ve and -ve loose within the loom. But they do not look as though they have ever been connected.
