This will only work with a narrow band sensor, a wideband sensor has to have a controller to get a useable output.

If you already have a AFR gauge and want a wideband sensor and controller, does this mean, for example, if you go on innovate site you only need to buy the LC-1?

$199?

If so this is far cheaper than i originally assumed they were.

Cheers,
Darren.

There are no stupid questions [mr garrison]just stupid people[/mr garrison]

But basically yes. You should be able to use one of the LC-1's configurable analogue outputs to mimic a narrowband sensor output to feed your gauge.

And for those of you without an AFR gauge already, I knocked up a bar graph wideband AFR gauge with a few components from maplin for about a fiver, and I reckon a 3 digit display one could be done for around a tenner...

I have one of these that I intend to use on the 2v mode with the secondary analogue output from my LC1.

The decimal place can be adjusted to let it read in AFR. The update rate seem ok.

Cheers,

Colin
