avon upgrade

Ok, has anyone upgraded thier brakes on thier avon, i am looking to fit 285mm disc with 4 spots at the front and disc with 2 spot handbrake calipers to the rear, has anyone done that or what have people done to their cars.

careful you don't over brake the car, especially the rear

Brakes

Thiery,

Hi Spec do a very good 4 pot set for the front.
As for the rears, I would not bother with discs, drums are fine.
I raced an Avon for 3 years and had more than enough brakes with Hi Spec front green stuff pads) and Ford drum rears, and still had loads of meat left on the rear shoes.
