was at my parents house at the weekend and found a cd with a video of a track day i did in an old car, so put a lap on youtube

yeah my fave track too, tho on a bike, never driven a car around there, yet 
looked like a smooth quick lap.
what was lap time?

god knows what the lap time was, that was the 4th lap of my first ever session on track (other than karts)
ill watch it and look at the time stamp.
PS there is some kitcar action, look at the entrance to the pit lane at the end of the lap, locost in the wall!

about 1min 32secs, got slowed up by the kit car a little (couple of seconds i would say)
i got a lot braver during the day and was a lot more rough and ragged by the end of the day! just looking for some vid of my mini cooper s at castle
combe now

ahhhh Castle Combe !!
now there,s a track i know very well  me & the tarmac at "Quarry" corner ( i think its called) are on kissing terms
ended up in big white van with blue lights flashing & screaming noise on way to hospital, 6 broken bones & £1 k of damage later
still set 7th fastest qualifying lap tho, but didn,t get to race thanks to morphine

yeah it was a tad, & i was riding a bike, ended up doing a superman impression, ( flying thru the air over the top of bike) got the crash on
dvd as it was being filmed for eurosport & camera man got me perfect, was wondering is it poss to take each frame from the dvd & print them?
so i could have a line of pics showing the crash.
your lap time at donny is a good one , bet you were quicker later in the day ,

this is exactly why i dont ride a bike! would love to try it but i would end up the same!
You can do that with windows movie maker, thats what i am using (im new to all this) and it seems to be able to take stills from video.

cheers i,ll give that a go with movie maker thing, tho i,m a total numpty with computers
bikes are great, falling off doesn,t hurt, its stopping that hurts?????
i rode for a semi pro team so got lots of bikes to ride, when crashed them just asked for another please, guilty feeling tho.
my crash ratio was about 1 in 9, was once told "if you never crash you,re not trying hard enough" GULP.
