What should i build next
Before ive even got the Fury on the road im wondering if/what i should build next.
Done the bec thing and im an avid beliver that that is the way to go, but im wondering if i should go the cec route for the next build.
Im after a car my mrs could even drive !, so i think car engine is best, but i still want the power and speed of the bec's ive been used too.
Engine suggestions and kits are most welcome, budget approx 7k, or a tiny wee bit more, lol.
All you bec owners, ive not lost my marbles, this could possible be just for the wife !, im keeping the bec.
Thank's, Joe

If it's for the wife then perhaps something more enclosed than a 7-a-like might be the way to go - what does she think of the Fury?
Engine wise I'd have thought a Duratec has to be the place to start although I guess that might stretch the budget a little.

My missus loved the R1 car, but she's a f*cking fruit loop !!!
The next car will have the missus in mind too.
She wants a Gardner Douglas

Something old with modern running gear Spitfire on a modified MX5 backbone? Could work really well or could be a complete nightmare.

Looking at Tegwin's beautiful TVR has made me think again about a classic with modern power / drive train / handling.
A 240Z with a R34 engine?

keep em coming, ive built an R1 mini so thats out.
She likes the Fury but is not to sure on the paddle change/bike engine bit.
Also likes the smart but would say busa engine is out, even though ive got a spare one. .
Now i like the TVR idea but maybe too expensive to keep.
And were already going on holiday ., and redecorating the kids rooms
She would love a Cobra rep, but 7k budget is way out

If I had the money I would be looking to fit a MBW Straight six with engine and gearbox/diff etc to the TVR.... Would be an AWSOME combination and not
rediculously expensive....Maybe in the future if I can afford to keep the car... that might just happen...
