Delphi waterproof plug source?

where can i get some more of these?

Description
Description

they are for my hella headlights. i emailed hella a couple of weeks ago asking about them, and the other day a nice lady came back giving me the hella part number, but said they only come in bags of 20, but she'd stick some in the post to me for free, which was nice of her

problem...

these 90mm headlights are main beam and dip beam in one unit, so the plugs she sent are for powering the headlight bulb, there is another smaller plug to activate the dip (which is a solenoid operated flap) which she didn't supply.

yes, i could email her back to ask if she can send me those too, but i don't want to be pushing my luck lol any ideas where i might be able to get these from?

they have 'delphi' marked into them, but i can't seem to find any on the intermaweb. they seem to be used on vauxhall wiring looms (well on the engine loom i've got anyway) they are exactly the same but they are the wrong size.

any ideas?

i,d phone the nice lady back & offer to return the ones she sent you in return for the correct ones, they obviously care about customer care so would want you to be a happy customer, just send a letter back stating how helpful they,ve been, i,m sure they,d appreciate that.

true enough, she was very nice to send me them, see the thing is these are the correct ones i need for the bulb, but i need the other plugs as well. i guess i've got nothing to lose to email her back again and ask for the other ones. but i'd like to have a source for them anyway in case i balls it up (which is very likely )

cheers, but those ones are different. they MUST be the delphi ones, as the male end is moulded into the headlight units

Have a chat with these people - they custom-make looms for race / rally / classic cars:
Simtek

Might be able to recommend an alternative, or tell you if the Superseal ones will fit.
