Advice on loom please
Guys
I am the start of my mk indybalde build and am thinking about what loom to use. I would welcome some advice please. I have located a complete loom
with fusebox from SVC (http://www.s-v-c.co.uk/prod_rapidfit.html)
which looks good, or should I go for the CBS wiring module and do the wriing myself (http://www.cbsonline.co.uk/cbs-wiring-module-wrmod-1185-p.asp)
I see Premier wiring also do a loom but I dont beleive they include a fusebox in their setup.
Apreciate any advice
thanks
James

Hi James
Premier do include a fusebox and places for relays.
The premier loom is brilliant, in my opinion it's silly to use anthing else as it's so simple and being so well used there's lots of
help from people here with it.
Alan will also help you out over the phone if you have any problems.
Even I wired my car up ok with it and i've never done any auto wiring before!
Cheers,
James

Gotta agree with the premier loom, far, far easier than it should be.

I don't think it's too unreasonable, It'll save you about 8 months of looking at wires and sobbing

Hi jimbo. He makes looms up when they are ordered so he may be doing a couple already for other customers. I've used premier looms in both my
kit builds and they are excellent- especially when compared with the dreaded vicky green effort!!

When he did mine I sent him the column plugs (with 6" wire on ) and he fitted new terminals onto the old plugs in the loom
cost me an extra tenner but well worth the agro saved.

TBH i would just use the blade loom and extend and modify as needs be, though this depends on how electrically minded you are.
