Discreet cut off switch?

I am going to have to put a cut off switch on the main loom live feed now I have a tiny battery otherwise its going to go flat rather quick!

I would rather not put a FIA style one on as I want to tuck it away somewhere.

Anyone seen or using anything suitable?

TIA
David

Why not have both?
It will have the fast finered scum confused and means you can have the 'focused track car' look without comprimising security. Also unless you relay you need a high current switch.
When I worked as an autoelectrician I fitted loads of hidden switches in all kinds of places. Some of them were ones that James Bond would be proud of!

In kit cars people seem to normally fit a basic toggle switch on ignition or fuel.

On my first kit car (1990 Westfield SE) the builder had fitted a toggle switch not-too-obvious place accessible from the driving seat which cut off the fuel pump. Should stop the opportunists, anyway

I dont need it for security, the cars got a thatcham immobilser to deal with that

Just wanted something other than an FIA master switch to completely cut off the main battery power to the loom to prevent battery drain...

It only needs to handle around 40amps max.

We have a cut off switch under the bonnet but on the dash there is a tiny rocker switch which runs electric fuel pump.
Rather cunningly a 2 speed heater switch handles the usual ignition key switch circuits, there's a push button start button which is an anonymous harmless looking push button.
The ignition lock is still in position with steering lock pin removed just to confuse the unwary and to give somewhere to hang the keys.

One of those proximity switches from CPC powering a fat relay. Then there's just the proxy coil to hide. You could hide it under your seat so when you sit in the car with the card in your back pocket, the car will run...........
Shhhhhhwitch.
ETA linky...

Durite do some battery cut off,/isolator switches (Lucas used to as well). Most are a twist knob to make/break and some are twist to make, hit to break.

Whatever switch you like and a 50A relay would seem the obvious solution.
