LED Indicator/Relay Problem

I know the question has been asked many times but i have a slightly odd problem.

I have LED front and rear Indicators with resistors fitted and 5w side repeaters on a standard bike relay....the flash rate is fine but i noticed on hazards that the front units do not light all the leds. (10 leds in each indicator, only 3 light)

I put this down to the loading on the relay, so i purchased a 3 pin 50watt led flash fix relay from ebay, cut the resisitors from the loom, installed the new relay, tested all ok, every led lit brighter than before......brilliant......until you rev the engine, when the revs go up the flash rate increases then they stop flashing.....engine off or on tickover all is fine.

I spoke to the supplier who reckoned it was down to my dash indicator light, this is wired in with two diodes......

Any ideas?
