Main beam and MOT

Hi all, benn having problem with main beam, but have not had any time to sort it. Now my MOT is due and I was wondering if I could just take the main beam switch out for the MOT?

Would this be an MOT fail?

Cheers, Neil

You would either fail or get a "restricted" opreation certificate which would not allow you to use the vehicle in the dark.

Best just fix them!
