Speedo problem
Hi,
Got a "Greengauge" electronic speedo with 4 magnets on the propshaft. The speedo reads accurately up to 50 m.ph then the pointer
doesn't go above this.
Any advice would be welcolm.

How close is the sensor to the magnets? If the gap is large the sensor will get less of a signal from the magnets and it might be that at speed (when
the magnets are moving quickly) its too quick to trigger the circuit. Worth a shot anyway

Yep, I had a similar problem and 'fine tuned' the gap down to not much at all. Working well now though.
